Use anonymous equipment roles and public show labels. Do not enter personal contacts, private addresses, photos or confidential rider documents.

Single-venue exports, JSON project restore and CSV import run in the browser. Accepted inputs are this tool’s structured project JSON and input CSV; arbitrary PDF, SVG, Office, images and user fonts are unsupported.

A temporary draft stays in this browser tab’s session storage for up to one hour of inactivity, so changing editor pages or returning from checkout does not discard your work. It is not sent to the billing service. Closing the tab clears it; save a project file for durable recovery.

Show pack generation temporarily sends a prepared anonymous equipment snapshot to the product server, up to 2 MiB. Bodies and output files are not persisted. A billing receipt contains an entitlement reference and request hash rather than the equipment content. Stripe processes checkout details and payment; this product server holds no card data. The shared billing centre stores entitlement references, payment amounts, and receipt hashes. A signed HttpOnly cookie remembers anonymous purchased access for up to 180 days.

On the formal domain, Plausible records page visits, sources and allowlisted task events such as starting work, preparing files and opening checkout. It receives no project labels, equipment notes or file contents. Do Not Track and QA visits are excluded. Vercel hosts this product; no equipment content is sent to a third-party LLM.
