Refunds and delivery support

A Show pack costs $4.99 once plus applicable tax shown at checkout. One completed ZIP uses one credit; failed generation preserves it. Identical successful prepared snapshots can be retried for 10 minutes without another debit.

Contact stagepatchmaker@vezli.net within 14 days of purchase for an unused credit, a duplicate charge, or a technical failure that prevents delivery. Include the payment receipt or checkout reference and a description of the problem. Never send card details or confidential rider documents.

Delivered usable files are not refunded simply because preferences change. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. JOJO LAB and the payment provider review refund requests and explain the outcome by email.

Save the ZIP and a local project file before leaving. Projects and files are not held in a cloud account. If the browser cookie is lost, contact us with your receipt to recover paid access. Free single-venue files remain available.
